TECHNOLOGY:

Soil raking to expose fruit fly pupae to sunlight.

Field sanitation- Collection and destruction of all damaged fruits.

Install delta and yellow sticky traps @ 24/ha.

Installation of pheromone traps (for fruit fly) @25 traps/ha prior to flower initiation.

Spraying of repellent NSKE or Neem oil @5ml per litre of water to enhance luring and trapping in bait spots.
